Offices & Sale Venue

Our offices and off-site sale venue are based in the ancient and beautiful village of Bodiam.  A popular tourist destination, Bodiam boasts not only one of the National Trust’s most visited sites, Bodiam Castle, but also the terminal station on the Kent and East Sussex Railway.  The village is situated almost equidistant between Tunbridge Wells and Hastings on the Kent and East Sussex Border, close to Hawkhurst. It is easy to find off the A21, a major South East thoroughfare which runs from Hastings to London and which can be joined off the M25 at junction 5.

Office – Unit 8 Quarry Farm, Bodiam, TN32 5RA

Our offices are based at Quarry Farm in Bodiam which is situated just above the heritage railway station on the main road through the village.  It is a working farm with a business park on site as well as camping and glamping facilities and The Hub cafe.  It is easy to find and well sign posted.  As we are a small company we are not able to hold set office hours as we are often on house calls.  It is therefore essential to arrange an appointment before visiting us to ensure there is someone onsite to meet you.

Sale Venue – Court Lodge Farm, Bodiam, TN32 5UJ

Our off-site sale venue is at Bodiam International Arena, based at Court Lodge Farm in Bodiam which is situated just along from St. Giles Church on the Sandhurst Road.  We rent the mezzanine viewing area overlooking their indoor riding arena.  It is five minutes drive from our offices and has ample parking.  Please note we only hire the venue for our sale days, and all items are held at our offices at Quarry Farm.  Buyers should not go to this location to collect purchases.
